This magnificent villa is located in a luxurious and quiet area on the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa. This area offers stunning views of Pollensa Bay.

Pollensa, the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç are just a few minutes drive away.

The 9-meter-long pool is the centrepiece of this villa's beautiful gardens. It offers breath taking sea and of the surrounding mountains. The large terrace has an ample space for 12 people. Do you see yourself relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sun by the pool?

Furthermore there are two big, shaded terraces, geared up with front room sofas and dining table that is the ideal spot to revel in for an al fresco dinner or barbecue. A ping pong table also offers fun entertainment for all ages!

Villa Es Vilá easily welcomes as much as 12 visitors which makes it the ideal house for 2 or 3 families or a larger group of friends who would really like to spend unforgettable vacations together in Majorca.

The property has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, a big kitchen, two spacious living rooms and a lovely outdoor space.

On the first floor of the property you will find the main entrance of the house. When entering the villa you are greeted by a spacious and bright salon that is furnished with two comfortable sofas and lounge chairs as well as a large dining table. Living room with open kitchen connected with full amenities and a beautiful outdoor terrace.

On this floor, you'll find four minimalist and modern bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as four full baths, three of which are ensuite bathrooms.

On the ground floor, you can enjoy a pleasant evening watching movies in the living room equipped with a second large comfortable sofa and a video projector.
