This modern villa is unique due to its breathtaking views. Located in a beautiful and quiet residential area of Bonaire, surrounded by pine trees, the villa's location is ideal for up to eight guests seeking relaxation and tranquility. The Old Town of Alcudia, with its many restaurants, shops and supermarkets, is just a 5- 10 minute drive away. The beaches of San Pelle and San Joan are about a 5-minute drive away and the long sandy beaches from Port d’Alcudia are only a 10-minute drive away. No need to say it out loud: but it’s ideally located.
This two-floor villa offers everything you want. Surrounded by a well-kept garden, there are several private parking spaces. Enjoy breathtaking sea and mountain vistas from the upper terrace and rooftop, or simply unwind on our poolside sunbeds. The large 14-meter rectangular pool has an easily accessible stepped entrance.
Inside, a cozy and bright living room and dining area are connected to the outdoor terrace through a large glass door, enough to relax and enjoy your evening dinner with the most sensational views of the sunset over the bay. The interior design is chic, cool and contemporary, with white walls and wooden floors decorated with modern art.
The well-equipped kitchen has an island that offers cooking space and additional seating. A barbecue is also available. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with elegant bathrooms. From the large windows, you can wake up to the most sensational scenery every morning. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in dressing rooms, so feel free to bring your most stylish wardrobe on holidays! And for those warm summer nights, the entire property is air-conditioned.

Due to construction work in its final stages, the view from the swimming pool is partially impeded. However, you still benefit of breathtaking views from the upstairs' terraces.

The villa is an oasis of well-being. We (5 women) quickly felt at home. It is very spacious, simple and beautifully furnished. The beds/pillows are comfortable and it has mosquito nets that can be hung over the bed. Unfortunately it didn't have any real blankets, just thin sheets and woolen blankets. Warmer blankets would be beneficial for the colder seasons. The area by the pool invites you to linger and offers everything for a perfect pool day (deck chairs, parasols, beach towels, Balinese bed, small tables, etc.) The kitchen is well equipped for cooking - with a hand blender, oven, toaster, kettle, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, etc. It has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine (so bring capsules/powder with you or buy them). The view from the various terraces is gigantic. Communication with the hosts was very good and quick. Minor defects were corrected immediately. The villa is located on a hill. The path to the beach is a short walk away, about 30 minutes. A few restaurants can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. There is also a small supermarket there that covers the most important basic needs. If you want to see more than just the immediate surroundings and villa, a car is a must, although a lot is also possible by taxi. A taxi ride from the villa to the old town of Alcúdía costs around 16 euros. Highly recommended.

The view from the various terraces is gigantic. Communication with the hosts was very good and fast. Small deficiencies were fixed immediately. The villa is located on a hill. It is about 30min walk to the beach and 25min to the restaurants. A car is a must, but it also has cabs (cab ride to Alcúdía = about 16€).

The views from this house are beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay with 3 couples. The communication with Emerald Stay was very good. They were quick to respond to all my questions and issues with the house.
