Accommodating up to ten guests comfortably, this capacious property features five well-appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms. It comes with everything necessary for your stay: a fully equipped kitchen, linen, towels, and toiletries in each bathroom. Additional conveniences include a covered garage with a heated ramp access and a ski room equipped with boot heaters.
The advantageous location provides ample sunlight throughout the day in every room and is just a ten-minute stroll away from the centre of Le Praz. Nestled at the base of Courchevel, Le Praz is a picturesque French Alpine village resplendent with charming traditional wooden chalets. Untouched by its neighbour's glamour, it retains a strong community vibe, offering fair prices and preserving its authenticity.
The home truths:
The two bedrooms downstairs are at level -1. There is some natural light but only through skylights (i.e. not direct).
There is no front desk on this site. That being said, all of our properties are equipped with a digicode and your access code will be sent to you via email and text message one day prior to your arrival. In case you need any assistance, we have on-the-ground staff.
Moabi is located by the slopes but slightly off-center from Le Praz, approximately 10 minutes walk away.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
The 2 parking spots are located at the entrance of the parking lot, so entering and exiting can be a bit tricky and requires good driving skills.

The apartment is great and also fantastically equipped. The beds are very good, everything is well maintained and very lovingly furnished. Even the rooms on the lower floor are cozy and beautiful. The fireplace is perfect and the wellness area is very nice. We felt at home. It is an accommodation that you can use very well even with the full number of people. Everyone has a proper bed. The little touches, the welcome gift, the Polaroid camera and the wood for the fireplace were really great. There is a lack of furniture to sit in the sun. The parking spaces of the apartment are difficult to use, especially if you don't put a small car inside. It's really too inconvenient to drive the car in and out several times a day.

Overall, the property was as advertised. I was ideal for our group with 5 bedrooms and a spacious living area and well stocked kitchen. While it is advertised as ski in and out it was not ski out and the walk was nearly 0.5 miles (1km) to closest lift (although we could ski back to the house). It was great that we could take the gondola to Courchevel 1850 for skiing and for dinner in the evening.
