A magnificent luxury chalet in Chamonix, totally restored with great attention to detail, located at only 200-metre away from the Brevent ski lift, a few meters from the beginner's slopes at "Le Savoy," and a short walk from Chamonix’s centre.

This chalet's position is ideal for both winter and summer luxury vacations in Chamonix. Chalet Manoa has a massive 430m2 of luxurious living space and is situated in the heart of Chamonix.

Chalet Manoa sleeps up to 12 people in six en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for big groups of friends or families. The entry hallway (with separate ski and boot storage entrance) leads to a massive open plan living/dining space ideal for lively party nights.

A living area spans across two levels leading down to floor-to-ceiling picture windows with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc Range. During the summer, the room opens onto a lovely sunny patio with a hot tub.

The open-plan kitchen features quality Miele appliances and a separate pantry with a full-height wine refrigerator. This floor of the chalet has also two bedrooms, including the master suite with a private bath and shower and stunning views.

On the lower ground level, there are four further en-suite bedrooms, three of which have direct access to the garden. On the same floor, there's a well-equipped fitness centre with elliptical, rowing, and weight machines, as well as a weight bench and a variety of barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to please fitness aficionados.

The cinema room of the chalet, with its extra-large screen and soft chairs, is adjacent to this space and will give visitors the ideal setting for a relaxed cinema experience.

The spa, which is just a few steps down from the exercise and movie rooms, connects to the garden and is truly stunning: it features a huge sauna, a rain-shower, and a large hammam with exquisite Bisazza mosaics.

Apple TV is incorporated throughout the house, as is a Sonos sound system (even in the bedrooms).

Chalet Manoa leaves little to be desired, thanks to its ideal position, which allows for easy access to the heart of Chamonix and the ski slopes, as well as its elegant and cozy decor and high quality equipment.
